Psychological Therapy is a general term referring to any form of therapeutic interaction or treatment contracted between a trained professional and a client or patient; family, couple or group. The problems addressed are psychological in nature and could range from parental conflict career confusion, from Autism to Depression. At mindCraft you will find a comfortable and safe environement to receive therapy in. Team mindCraft aims to increase your sense of your own well-being. We employ a range of techniques based on experiential relationship building, dialogue, communication and behavior change that have been designed to improve the mental health of a client or patient, or to improve group relationships (such as in a family).


As my therapist, Bindu Anand has changed my thought towards life. Right from the beginning, she has a gentle approach towards her clients. First, we recognise the problem area, accept it and then find options. The final choice is left on the client to take responsibility. She encourages me to make compartments of my problem and solve each part separately. Her approach is fool proof.
She is gentle and non judgemental. She is not overpowering or obsessed with perfectionism. This provides a lot of comfort to her patients. Will Always Be Grateful for having her in my life.
